Audits are completed within 1-2 weeks.
The team size and business stage of development, along with audit insights, inform the design of the annual program and recommendations to accommodate growth and change.
Step 2: In-Sync™ Annual Subscription Service
Subscription service options are determined by the team size and growth plans.
For smaller organizations, a managed service plan is often a good fit. Access to GTM expertise and software tools without the hassle of ramp time is optimized at competitive service rates.
For larger organizations, an annual software user license subscription is a better option. Knowledge transfer is part of the expert service to help you achieve self-sufficiency over time. Our goal is for our customers to own their alignment solution over time, for optimal performance benefits.
Quarterly Business Reviews
A single- or multi-phase deployment plan is co-developed, depending on the team size.
An agile approach is used to onboard each team and may include pilots before going live.
Subscribers receive dedicated support for onboarding, platform assistance, and quarterly business reviews to measure performance against mutually agreed-upon goals.
Operational Support
We integrate out of the box with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM systems and can integrate with others through APIs.
