Tracy Linne

Founder and CEO

Tracy is the founder and CEO of Revenue Motions, which provides fractional CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) services and Advisory services to SaaS companies. With more than two decades of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, she helps clients solve revenue challenges and achieve growth goals.

As a fractional CRO, Tracy thinks creatively about strategy and vision. She understands how to build, align, and mobilize teams for go-to-market motions and how to transform teams when stalled. These experiences fuel a growth mindset and solution orientation, enabling her to rapidly diagnose and eliminate sales obstacles and reliably steer a sustainable course forward.

We specialize in optimizing revenue motions, applying proven sales methodologies, and leveraging DISC/talent analytics frameworks. “My mission is to create value for my clients and partners by fostering collaboration and alignment between leadership and sales teams to foster high performance. I achieve this as a fractional executive sales leader and advisor to the CEO."

As a lifelong sales practitioner, certified Winning By Design Revenue Architect, and a member of the National Speakers Association, Tracy shares growth insights and best practices with the global SaaS community as a Pavilion member and through other professional communities to further the evolution and development of the sales profession.

Tracy had an adventurous childhood based on her Dad’s international diplomatic assignments. She built on those experiences with domestic and international sales leadership assignments, solidifying a big-picture perspective on growth. She is based in the Boston metro area.
